Mineral-Based is a mineral-based antifreeze / anti-boil engine coolant for vehicle cooling systems. It is diluted with water according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions.
Published values are a density of 1134 kg/m³ at 15 °C and a reserve alkalinity of 18 mL of 0.100 N HCl (ASTM D1121); the pH of a 33 % by volume solution in water (ASTM D1287) is also listed. Reserve alkalinity measures the coolant's capacity to neutralise acids that form in service.
